Why these seven

The criteria.

Real waterfront.

Walk-to-the-water close, not five-minutes-by-car close. Distance to water disclosed on every property, never marketing-photo rooftops.

Reviewed by humans.

Each rental is checked by a person who read the recent reviews and looked at the map. No algorithmic data dump, no sponsored placement.

Honest trade-offs.

If the pool is small, we say so. If the beach is a hike, we measure it. Each listing tells you what it's good at and what it isn't.
